Recently Completed Madrigal Lofts Condominiums in NW Washington DC

Magnolia Plumbing, Inc. recently completed the (plumbing) portion of one of Washington DC's newest and most exciting condominium projects. The project Madrigal Lofts located at 811 4th St. NW at the corner of 4th and I (eye) was valued at over 5 million dollars and took 18 months to complete.

The Madrigal Loft project managed by Lou Interdnato for Magnolia Plumbing of 600 Gallatin, NE Washington, DC has been called by the general contractor Glen Construction, breathtaking new construction. Located in the vibrant area of "New Washington" the units are close to Mount Vernon Place, convenient to Penn Quarter, Chinatown, the new Washington, DC Convention Center and Verizon Center.

The 12 story, loft style condominium is a blend of modern design and classic poetic form. Uplifting 10' ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, loft-style platform bedrooms and everything else you might imagine. Units are available ranging in size from 1 bedroom, 800 square feet units to the Penthouse units exceeding 2000 square feet. Magnolia was responsible for all of the plumbing including water, sewer and individual unit outfitting. The project was developed by Quadrangle Development Corporation and The Wilkes Company.
