HVAC Service Contract

HVAC Plan A

Preventative Maintenance - Two routine calls per year: (1) Heating (2) Cooling. It is recommended by all manufacturers to have regular preventative maintenance on equipment. The benefit to you as the consumer is it prolongs equipment life; it can reduce the extent or frequency of failures and saves on fuel costs. The agreement also gives you priority service over the non-agreement customer. The following work will be completed on the equipment listed if applicable.

1. Check all wiring & connections/tighten if necessary
2. Check heat exchanger & burner operation
3. Check flue draft
4. Check gas valve operation
5. Check ignition control
6. Check fan blower & belts
7. Check safety controls
8. Check Contactor & relays
9. Check operation temperatures & pressures
10. Inspect & clean condenser coil
11. Inspect condensate drain
12. Check thermostat operation
13. Check filters
14. Clean evaporator coil if necessary
15. Provide a list of recommendations if necessary

Purpose: To check and advise the customer of any needed repairs & prevent breakdowns. No repair will be made without the customer's approval. All preferred service agreement holders will receive a 10% discount on parts. All preferred service agreement customers will be on our priority list. In case of breakdowns, you will be serviced before non-agreement holders.

HVAC Plan A/B

Includes all items listed in Plan A plus labor for one year. You pay for parts and materials needed to repair your unit supplied by Magnolia, Inc.

HVAC Plan A/B/C

Full coverage. Preventive maintenance. Priority Emergency Service. Labor for one year. Replacement or Repair of parts included (see below). Listed parts will be replaced or repaired at no extra charge when inoperative if applicable. (Parts List Below)

Defrost Control Refrigerant Gas Valve Start Capacitor Time Delay Pulleys

The heat exchanger, evaporator or condenser coil, electric heat elements or the compressor will be replaced at no extra charge only when covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If not warranted there will be a charge.

Exclusions: humidifiers, electronic air cleaners, dampers, clock thermostats and condensate pumps included unless specified in agreement under accessory coverage.

Plumbing Service Contract

Plumbing Service Contracts Include the Following:

1. Dye test all toilets for internal leaks
2. Inspect faucets including checking all exposed hot & cold water supply lines.
3. Inspect all exposed water piping.
4. All fixture drains are inspected.
5. Washing machine hoses are inspected
6. All hose bibs will be examined for leaks
7. We inspect check & tag all emergency shut offs & water shutoff valves.
8. Bio-Clean all drains.
