Pablo was extremely nce and professional. Before getting started he really took the time to assess the entire issue; he asked a lot of good questions, walked around inside the house to see where all the pipes run, looked in the crawl space for the access drain (so he wouldn't have to do the work thru the toilet hole) and checked for the outside vent. When he got started, he made a point to remind us to keep Sam (our 4yr old son) at a distance. Once the problem was fixed, he made certain the toilet was in place properly and working.
